This frame is enveloped in a dense 2000D canvas, ensuring long-lasting durability and superior light-proofing. A protective zipper flap is also included to avoid light leaks.

Secondary Chamber: Unique to this grow tent is a secondary chamber divided into two halves – the top half for plants in the vegetative stage and the bottom half for seedlings. This feature helps manage different growth stages simultaneously within a single setup. Both the tray and the wall within this chamber are detachable, allowing conversion into a single-chamber grow space if needed.

Reflective Diamond Mylar: The inner walls of the tent are lined with cross-patterned diamond mylar. This material significantly enhances light reflectivity, maximizing the output from your grow light for optimal plant growth.

Light-Proof Sealing: Inner ribbon stitching along the zipper ensures maximum reflectivity and light-proof sealing. This seal is further strengthened with a protective cover running along the front zipper and duct ports that can be closed on either side.

Shipping, Returns, and Cancellations

Order Confirmation:

As soon as your order is placed, an order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. This means that your order has been successfully entered into our system and that we have pre-authorized your payment method for the purchase. In rare cases, if your product is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you and see if you would like to either wait for your item(s) to become available, change your order, or simply be refunded for your cancelled item(s). If your item(s) are immediately available, we will process your order and arrange for soonest possible shipment. Please note that once the order is processed we are unable to change the shipping address.

Order Shipment:

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders in the USA and currently only service the lower 48 states. Most items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days and shipping time is typically between 1 to 7 business days. There are some products that have a slightly longer lead time and this will be indicated on the individual product pages if applicable. Once your order has shipped, we will send you the tracking information as soon as it becomes available. If a week or more has gone by and you still have not received the tracking information (or the number is not working), please reach out to us right away.

Cancellations and Refunds:

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Cancelled orders are subject to a 5% administrative fee (for credit card, debit card, Amazon Pay, Coinbase, and Facebook orders) or an 8% administrative fee (for Affirm, Shop Pay Installments, and Sezzle orders). We can accommodate most cancellation and refund requests, however if a product has been arranged to ship or has shipped, then the item will be treated as a return and will potentially be subject to return shipping costs and restocking fees. Any refunds that may be issued will only be issued to the original payment method used when placing your order and only after the return has been confirmed to be received back in its original condition.

Grow Tents Depot only sells brand new products, never used, and therefore all items come with full manufacturer warranties if offered. However, Grow Tents Depot would be happy to assist you in getting your product repaired or replaced by coordinating with the manufacturer.
