Adjustable 3-Tier Shelving System: The grow tent comprises three sturdy shelves, each being 47.5?x24? in size. These shelves provide up to 32 square feet of grow space, each capable of supporting up to 45 lbs. They can be easily adjusted to meet the distinct lighting requirements of various plants. If required, these shelves can be removed to accommodate a taller grow space.

EcoWhite PEVA – Triple Layered: Walden Grow Tents are exclusively manufactured using 100% EcoWhite PEVA material and industrial-strength zippers. The toxin-free material ensures a safe, stylish, and easily cleanable growing environment, keeping insects and other pests at bay. The triple-layer design encompasses a 600D canvas exterior, a vinyl light-blocking center, and a white vinyl interior that is 10% more reflective than even the most reflective mylar tents.

Double-wide Front Doors: Equipped with double-wide front doors, the grow tent allows growers easy access to their plants and provides an opportunity for an impressive display.

Infinity View Front Windows: The grow tent is fitted with extra-large front viewing windows measuring 18.5?x50?, enabling growers to check on their plants without altering the interior humidity or temperature. The window covers can be rolled back and secured with velcro straps when needed.

Light-blocking Zipper Covers: To prevent any light leakage at zipper junctions, each tent includes two large light-blocking zipper covers. This maintains the optimal internal environment for plant growth.

Order Confirmation:

This means that your order has been successfully entered into our system and that we have pre-authorized your payment method for the purchase. In rare cases, if your product is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you and see if you would like to either wait for your item(s) to become available, change your order, or simply be refunded for your cancelled item(s). If your item(s) are immediately available, we will process your order and arrange for soonest possible shipment. Please note that once the order is processed we are unable to change the shipping address.

Order Shipment:

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders in the USA and currently only service the lower 48 states. Most items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days and shipping time is typically between 1 to 7 business days. There are some products that have a slightly longer lead time and this will be indicated on the individual product pages if applicable. Once your order has shipped, we will send you the tracking information as soon as it becomes available. If a week or more has gone by and you still have not received the tracking information (or the number is not working), please reach out to us right away.

Cancellations and Refunds:

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Cancelled orders are subject to a 5% administrative fee (for credit card, debit card, Amazon Pay, Coinbase, and Facebook orders) or an 8% administrative fee (for Affirm, Shop Pay Installments, and Sezzle orders). We can accommodate most cancellation and refund requests, however if a product has been arranged to ship or has shipped, then the item will be treated as a return and will potentially be subject to return shipping costs and restocking fees. Any refunds that may be issued will only be issued to the original payment method used when placing your order and only after the return has been confirmed to be received back in its original condition.
