The steel frame, coupled with its 22 mm diameter poles, offers rigidity and resilience, enabling the tent to support up to 150 lbs of grow equipment when hung at intersecting points.

Light-proof 2000D Canvas: The tent is made from a waterproof Oxford canvas with a thickness of 2000D. This offers greater durability and superior light-proofing. The front zipper cover prevents any light leaks, providing an uninterrupted growing environment.

Highly Reflective Interior: The interior walls are lined with a cross-patterned diamond mylar surface. This design helps reflect and maximize the output from your grow light, resulting in optimal plant growth.

Sealed Interior: The tent includes an inner ribbon stitching that creates a seal lining the zipper, preventing light leakage and reinforcing maximum reflectivity. The duct ports can also be closed on either side for enhanced light-proof sealing.

Future-ready Design: The tent comes with a controller mounting plate that ensures a no light-leak cable management system, making it future-ready. Additional accessories such as a waterproof floor tray, a detachable tool bag, extra roof hanging bars, and a mounting plate for controller installation are included.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as your order is placed, an order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. This means that your order has been successfully entered into our system and that we have pre-authorized your payment method for the purchase. In rare cases, if your product is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you and see if you would like to either wait for your item(s) to become available, change your order, or simply be refunded for your cancelled item(s). If your item(s) are immediately available, we will process your order and arrange for soonest possible shipment. Please note that once the order is processed we are unable to change the shipping address.

Order Shipment:

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders in the USA and currently only service the lower 48 states. Most items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days and shipping time is typically between 1 to 7 business days. There are some products that have a slightly longer lead time and this will be indicated on the individual product pages if applicable. Once your order has shipped, we will send you the tracking information as soon as it becomes available. If a week or more has gone by and you still have not received the tracking information (or the number is not working), please reach out to us right away.

Cancellations and Refunds:

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Cancelled orders are subject to a 5% administrative fee (for credit card, debit card, Amazon Pay, Coinbase, and Facebook orders) or an 8% administrative fee (for Affirm, Shop Pay Installments, and Sezzle orders). We can accommodate most cancellation and refund requests, however if a product has been arranged to ship or has shipped, then the item will be treated as a return and will potentially be subject to return shipping costs and restocking fees. Any refunds that may be issued will only be issued to the original payment method used when placing your order and only after the return has been confirmed to be received back in its original condition.

Grow Tents Depot only sells brand new products, never used, and therefore all items come with full manufacturer warranties if offered. Please note that Grow Tents Depot is not responsible for replacing or repairing your product while under warranty as this is the manufacturer's commitment to you. However, Grow Tents Depot would be happy to assist you in getting your product repaired or replaced by coordinating with the manufacturer.
